1. Nature of the Project

ZODIAC LORDS is a digital art collection and entertainment project. The NFTs and any associated future token are digital collectibles, virtual artworks, and cultural artifacts - not securities, not financial instruments, and not investments.

You should not purchase any ZODIAC LORDS NFT or token with the expectation of financial profit or return. There is no promise, guarantee, or representation that the value of any NFT or token will increase.

2. No Financial Advice or Investment

Nothing on this website, in the collection, or in any communication constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Participation is solely for the purpose of acquiring digital art and engaging with the ZODIAC LORDS community and lore.

3. No Refunds

All purchases of ZODIAC LORDS NFTs are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in market value, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the project.

4. Roadmap Disclaimer

The Roadmap presented on this website reflects our current vision, aspirations, and intended direction for the ZODIAC LORDS project and the AETHELIA universe. It is provided for informational and illustrative purposes to give the community a sense of our long-term thinking. While we are genuinely committed to pursuing these milestones, the Roadmap does not create any binding legal obligations, promises, warranties, or guarantees of any kind. The creators and team reserve the absolute right to modify, adjust, postpone, revise, expand, or discontinue any part of the Roadmap at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, and without any liability whatsoever to holders or any third party.

5. Operating Environment & Force Majeure

The project is developed and operated from Ukraine under conditions of active armed conflict. The creators operate in an environment that may include rocket attacks, power outages, communication disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control. Such events shall be considered force majeure. The creators shall not be held liable for any delays, interruptions, or inability to perform obligations due to such circumstances.

6. Whitelist (WL), GTD Access & Mint Phase Mechanics

Access to any whitelist (WL), Guaranteed Token Drop (GTD), priority mint phases, or special allocations is granted entirely at the sole and absolute discretion of the ZODIAC LORDS team. We reserve the unrestricted right to:

• Select which communities, projects, or individual wallets receive WL/GTD access
• Determine the quantity of supply allocated to any phase or participant
• Set and adjust pricing for any mint phase
• Modify the duration, start time, end time, or structure of any mint phase at any time
• Add, remove, or alter phases at any time before or during the mint event

All such decisions are final, non-negotiable, and made in the best interest of the project. Participation in any priority phase is a revocable privilege, not an entitlement or contractual right.

7. Minting Platform, Smart Contract & Third-Party Infrastructure

The ZODIAC LORDS collection is minted exclusively through the OpenSea Drop launchpad infrastructure. This means the smart contract is deployed and managed via OpenSea's official mechanisms, tooling, and infrastructure — not a fully custom contract developed in-house by the ZODIAC LORDS team.

By participating in the mint or interacting with the collection, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not control, audit, or warrant the underlying OpenSea smart contract code, its deployment process, security, or any future updates/changes made by OpenSea.
• We bear zero responsibility or liability for any bugs, vulnerabilities, exploits, downtime, or unexpected behavior of the OpenSea-deployed smart contract or platform.
• High gas fees, transaction failures, delays, nonce issues, or any other on-chain costs or problems are inherent blockchain risks and are entirely your responsibility. We are not liable for any gas fees or failed transactions under any circumstances.
• Users are solely responsible for the security of their own wallets, private keys, and any approvals or signatures they grant on third-party platforms or dApps. While we prioritize the integrity of the collection, ZODIAC LORDS and its creators cannot assume liability for incidents arising from user-side security issues, phishing attempts, or external platform interactions.
• Minting an NFT from this collection does not constitute an endorsement of any subsequent marketplace, platform, or third-party service, nor does it create any ongoing security or support obligations beyond the artwork itself.

8. Token Strategy & On-Chain Mechanisms

Any future token or on-chain strategy associated with Zodiac Lords (including perpetual mechanisms, treasury systems, or value accrual engines) is provided solely as an experimental utility layer for the ecosystem. It is not a financial instrument, investment contract, or security. Nothing in the project constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

These mechanisms may be built using third-party protocols or standard smart contract patterns. ZODIAC LORDS and its creators make no warranties regarding their performance, security, or long-term viability. Participation or interaction with any such system is entirely at your own risk. Past performance or illustrative examples do not guarantee future results.

9. Commercial Rights of Holders

While you hold a ZODIAC LORDS NFT, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except with the NFT), royalty-free license to use the specific artwork associated with that NFT for personal and limited commercial purposes, including:

• Displaying the artwork
• Creating physical merchandise featuring only your specific NFT artwork (prints, apparel, etc.)
• Using your specific NFT artwork in digital content you create

You may not:

• Use the "ZODIAC LORDS" name, logo, brand, or any collection-wide IP
• Create derivative collections, franchises, or competing projects using the ZODIAC LORDS brand or universe
• Use the artwork in a way that suggests endorsement by or affiliation with ZODIAC LORDS or its creators without written permission
• Commercialize the artwork after you no longer hold the NFT

9. Reservation of Rights

ZODIAC LORDS and its creators reserve all rights not expressly granted to holders, including but not limited to the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect the limited commercial rights already granted to current holders of individual NFTs.

The official domain is zodiaclords.com. Always verify you are on the official site before interacting with the project.

11. Limitation of Liability

Blockchain projects and digital collectibles carry inherent risks, including market volatility, technical issues, and regulatory developments. While we are deeply committed to building a high-quality, long-term project and treating our community with respect, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZODIAC LORDS, its creators, and team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the project, use of this website, the NFTs, smart contracts, the OpenSea platform, or any third-party services.

The project and all associated materials are provided on an "as is" basis. We encourage all participants to do their own research and only engage with what they can afford to lose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain liabilities, so this section may not apply in full in those regions.
